All produce is weighed in Kg’s and packed to customer requirements, potato produce contains permitted levels of E223 and Vegetables are washed then vacuum sealed for freshness. All produce is stored and transported refrigerated. Our produce is always delivered fresh, and where possible we use local farmers and frequently process produce picked that day.
